Had a new dish (for me) at the Kennesaw Panang yesterday.
Hainanese chicken & rice. I make this a lot at home, and i make a damn good version, but their chicken was supreme. It was outlandishly tender and moist. The sauce served with it was ok, it really needed more zing and some heat. Their rice was tasty.

I wish i knew how they get their chicken so juicy and tender. I've tried many methods, and the best i've found is to put the chicken into the pot of water, and turn the fire off, and let it cook really slowly. It's tender and juicy, but tnothing compared to Panang's.
