Title: 'Finely Cured' Salami Sausage
Post by: steve_drucker on September 11, 2011, 05:36:03 AM
At 'forage Atlanta' last evening, amidst the Atlantic Station Saturday night stroll and the plethora of vegan, gluten free food network influenced offerings, the artisanal happy hog with provenance sourced Italian salami and sausage from 'Finely Cured' truly stood out.

After tasting several types of Salami and a great bratwurst, we grabbed a whole Tuscan salami.

These are crafts people from East Atlanta passionate about cured meat.

And they are people to watch: great technique, great product and great sourcing.

I passed the site info along to several folks when I first found them, it seems like their website/server/something is down right now.  They are here in East Atlanta, but I have not ever spoken with them.  Perhaps the folks at Pine Street Market in Avondale knows how to contact them, Give Rusty a call...

Sorry the site is down.  We weren't aware of it until today, and we're working on it.

In the meantime, if you want to contact Finely Cured (and we're thrilled that you do!) just email andrewt *at* finelycured *dot* com.  That will go through, the email is not hosted on the same server as the site.

Good thinking on posting to this forum. Another user is a friend of a friend, and made me aware of your query.
