As a follow-up to the recipe, I can report that it was indeed delicious, as is everything FG cooks, but I may be biased.  The flavors melded and intensified as it sat, and the leftovers we had over the next couple of days were actually better than the freshly made dish.  Be aware that the heat also intensified, so if you like the spice level initially, it may become too much by the next day.  Now what would this be like with goat?
