I've never eaten at any Dreamland in Georgia, but I've eaten at both the ones in greater Tuscaloosa, and spent a fair amount
of time talking with a waitress at the original Dreamlands.
If you don't understand what Dreamland is aiming for with their meat, it'll be hard to judge them.
A perfect Dreamland rib will be large, meaty, juicy, and taste like a pork chop. Smoke flavor is more or less optional.
Unlike other "not smoked" meat purveyors, they want some bite left on that meat. It should not be fall off the bone tender.
Smokeheads should look elsewhere for their fix. Fox's, Heirloom, etc.
