GG>- I met these folks at the Alive/Expo last weekend and thought I'd put a price list of things they carry up here for you folks to see. There is a note at the end of this price list that has a few things NOT on the price list. I have no dog in this fight, I just tasted some incredible lean, beefy tasting meat and though that you folks might like to try it.
GG>- Are you hunting for something DIFFERENT to fix for dinner, here is a price list from Shalley that lives near us in Monroe.

Not all cuts on this list are in stock, but I do have a couple that are not listed, such as cube steak $8/lb and NY strip steaks for $12/lb. Lisa featured our top sirloin roast in her cooking demo, which I enjoyed. My personal favorite is our bone-in rib steaks. My husband loves the top sirloin steaks, but our processor didn't cut them to our specs this time around.
Let me know what questions you might have.
