Jason - did you buy any?

Those don't quite look like the ones I've grown, but chiles do vary quite a bit.

BTW, if you posted this at 10AM, we probably passed each other in the aisles.

I didn't. Wouldn't have a use for them. I was there from about 9 to 10

Anyone k lw where the hell it ended up??
Not the same product I got several months ago but may serve your needs.  Aisle 22, right under a big "Fish Ball" sign - chopped lemongrass w/chilis.

I snagged some super-tiny champagne (ataulfo) mangoes at BHFM last week.  They are my favorite mango.  The tiny ones don't taste any different, but the cuteness factor could not be avoided.

We have been enjoying the frozen mini-wontons, though the chicken and ginger are our least fav variety. Found a litle plastic children's chair for $5.99 yesterday. I usually avoid the dishware/appliances section because it is almost all over-priced, but I will check it more often now.

If you think that it is crowded and difficult to navigate on a normal Saturday, you should have been there yesterday at 3:30! It was INSANE. Had to go get a cart from the nether regions of the parking lot, all checkout lines extended into the actual aisles, and getting out of the parking lot took more than 5 minutes. Maybe it was weather-related? Who knows, but it was miserable.

There wasn't a single bolillo or telera roll left in BHFM by the time we got there at about 4:00. It's a good thing we still have some bread left from last week. It was definitely a madhouse, but I managed to get enough food to hold us until the blizzard passes.
Food is my favorite.

Things were fine 2 weeks ago. Wonder if they forgot to pay for the license?

I was there Saturday as well and noticed that they are unable to sell beer and wine. Perhaps they owe some taxes before they can get the license renewed?

And that big discount store next door is already going out of business.

Don't know what the deal is with BHFM's license, but I found out that AJ Wright's, the discount clothing store next door, is owned by TJ Maxx, and they have decided to close all of those AJW locations.
