I tried it this week, and it was a little heavy, but felt somehow "healthy" with that sunflower multigrain bagel. Bagel was not toasted enough, and was not nearly large enough to accommodate the full sized chick-fil-a. DH had the spicy biscuit, which I've had previously, and that was a real gut bomb, IMHO.Tale of the tape:Spicy CFA Biscuit450 Calories20g Fat (8g saturated)2g Fiber5g Sugars16g Protein30mg Cholesterol1300mg Sodium50g Carbohydrates Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Bagel490 Calories20g Fat (6g saturated)3g Fiber8g Sugars29g Protein240mg Cholesterol1230mg Sodium49g CarbohydratesHonestly, it's kind of a push. You gain a bit more fiber and a lot more protein (natch) with the bagel and you'll certainly feel fuller, but it's also a ton more cholesterol. It did surprise me that calorie count was relatively close.

CFA is so salty it burns my tongue and throat!

I have chicken sandwiches at many highly touted joints from Yeah Burger, Bocado, Oak Street Cafe... I'm going to say it. The chain Chick-Fil-A does chicken sammiches better than anyone. In fact, it's not even close. Strangely, perhaps the second best is at fellow chain, The Counter.
