1910 Public House in Lilburn is pretty-darned good
« on: July 18, 2021, 05:34:55 PM »

Breaking new brunch ground for us. A good experience for us all. We each had a good to great Bloody Mary, some also had coffee...  Deanne Crews Stock had the 1910 Omelet - 3 egg omelet, house pimento cheese, applewood smoked bacon, diced tomatoes. and her choice - choice of Parmesan grits (she loved it), Bill Brady had the Low Country Shrimp & Grits - spiced gulf shrimp, andouille sausage in a tomato fondue with baby spinach, roasted corn, Parmesan grits. (the grits are a stand-out and all was good). I had the Black Forest Ham & Tomato Benedict - Shaved black forest ham piled on toasted ciabatta with vine ripened tomatoes, perfectly-poached eggs and FRESHLY MADE hollandaise sauce. I also had a side of the wonderful Parmesan-grits. Mine was way good, with the perfect eggs, and good ciabatta, and again those grits. We recommend getting reservations for inside, we had a wonderful server, Keyona. The FOH manager Melissa took care of us all outside on the patio with check-ins and extra care.
We have known about 1910 for a while, but today we happily broke the ice to a new brunch/dinner spot..
Finding offense where none is intended is a form of selfishness.

When facts change, I change my mind.  What do you do?

It's a poor craftsman that blames his tools.
