We went to Atlanta Motorsports Park on Sunday and did a couple sessions on the Rental Kart track, it is/was way fun and not too, too expensive. If you have a child that is over 12 years old you can go and race. Wear long sleeves, real shoes and long pants and you wont' have to wear a hot racing suit. This track was designed by the guy that designs Formula One tracks around the world and is very impressive. There is way more to this complex than just karting, it is purpose built for anyone that has a fast car but cannot drive it on the street to take their car up there go through a technical inspection and take it out on the track for some fast laps. the motto of the place I like it is .. "Home of the 100 Mile Per Hour Lunch"
They also have some motorcycle events there, but we saw none on the track the day we went.
Take a look at these links, there are videos too.

Looks like somebody is putting in a kart track on I 20 just past Conyers. They already have one of the corners paved. Just cant put exactly what exit it is on, but it is somewhere just past Stone Mtn. HD as you are heading east....

Have you ever listened to someone for a while and wondered, who ties your shoelaces?
You can't do epic shit with basic people.
Beer is why I get up every afternoon.
