Two vodkas come to mind that are worthy and won't break the bank. 1st up is Veil Vodka-made in America. I found it at Total Spirits in Alpharetta. Good clean vodka, no aftertaste such as Smirnoff. The folks at TS have told me it is their #1 selling vodka. That's what they said! The other vodka I like for mixing with dry vermouth and an olive is an everyday vodka found at Costco. That's right, it is Kirkland Vodka, made in France and 5x distilled. No it is not Grey Goose, but Costco did hire people away from GG to produce this vodka in France.
I'm not a big vodka drinker and don't have a liquor cabinet filled with a lot of different vodkas. I'm sure there are better vodkas, but I find these two acceptable for my needs and have no problem recommending them.
Now that Spring is coming up, maybe I could use a vodka and soda with a twist of lime.
