main course with chanterelles?

We bought just about a pound of chanterelles at Peachtree Rd. Farmers Market this morning (must have been over $20/lb--no Costco special here).  I've eaten them as a side before--sauteed simply--but we've gotten the idea of making them a main course for a mushroom-centric meal. Any suggestions?

We are getting them now for $12.00 a pound. I have used them in a brown butter and sage sauce with pasta and last time I roasted chicken breasts on the bone and made a gravy with them. They are delicious and simple is better I think.
