Fire and Ice Chili Cook Off - Blue Ridge, GA

Come and enjoy the Second Annual Blue Ridge Fire and Ice Chili Cook Off as individuals, civic organizations, and local restaurants vie for cash awards and prizes and the coveted title “Best of Blue Ridge”!  Check out the competition and be part of the challenge by tasting dozens of recipes from Chili hopefuls. Beer, Wine, Food and Entertainment. Plus ice sculptures with interactive carving throughout town.

Contestants begin cooking at 9 a.m.
Judges Chili tasting at Noon
Tasting opens to the public from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Awards Ceremony is at 3 p.m.
Public welcome!!  Come and eat, or enter your own favorite recipe!!

Additional Sales:
Vendors selling items at Fire & Ice are required to complete a license application with the City of Blue Ridge. Please see April Grizzell at the Blue Ridge City Hall and bring a copy of your Fire & Ice application with you to place on file.

Vendors selling product are required to donate 30% of sales to the Blue Ridge Business Association. Food tickets will be sold (one ticket = $1) and vendors may price their items for sale accordingly (# of tickets per item). All cash sales will be handled by the association and contestants will receive payment within 10 business days of the close of the event.

No beverages are allowed to be sold unless with prior approval of association.
