I was trying different themes but,
maybe I'm getting old or it's just late,
but I don't see the selector any more

The theme selector seemed kind of awkward.  To change your theme:

Click Profile.  Hover over Modify Profile and select Look and Layout Preferences or try this link.

On the Current Theme line click (Change).  Make your selection from the left column.

I'm kind of liking the "Outline" theme on my desktop.
It gives 285 a unique look without being cluttered.

I'm also using Outline. Like the color combo - very classy yet crisp and clean.

At the moment Core and Outline are error free. 

Known Errors:
Argentum 2 - FB/Twitter mod is not functioning.
BlueSkies - Quick Reply does not work and has been disabled.

I know you've got that prerogative but doing such reminds of a former Fearless Leader.

You can set your profile how you like.  The default has merely changed.  The other themes are still available on the site if you don't like the new one.  FYI - Core was the old theme.

Perhaps this was bad wording on my part.  The default theme has changed.  This affects new users and guests.  All users accounts created before this change will retain their settings.  To view the new theme follow the instructions to select Outline or any other theme you like.  As mentioned in this thread there are known issues with some of the themes.

I believe you have settled.  I've changed my own profile (bright red at work draws too many eyes to my monitor).  All is good.

FWIW, Argentum 2 is another theme that I really like.
