Notice the heavy use of sustanable and free-trade in the article. How much of the total cocoa crop is deemed fair-trade? Why has the Ivory Coast been the major area where sustainable cocoa production has been introduced? Smells like a lotta politics.

Interesting article in the new Atlanta mag (can't find link to story) on Kristen Hard (of KHard) and her endless search to source good cacao, most recently in Trinidad.
