Sounds like fun.  A lesson on how to cook in one or a lesson on how to build one?

I bet Jeff Varasano would have some input...

I have a collection of amazing pictures of them, and at one time thought I'd have one in the back yard here, but have gone much more simply to a Big Green Egg and other grills to achieve those goals.

I do love how they look, and I do know a couple of guys that are building them next to very upscale houses, but I doubt if I would use one as much as I do my BGE...   I might be wrong?
