(Disclaimer: I know the owners of The Grange).

The food is just ok. I've been a few times for dinner, and it's passable for bar food. I really like the risoto balls. I was up there for a biking team party a few weeks ago and had one appetizer that was really good. I wish I could remember what it was.

It's a good place to hang out and relax. It's nice to see a bunch of familiar faces when I go in. If I lived closer, I'd probably be a regular.

I got in late after a gig and really wanted some food before drinking some Christmas ales.  The kitchen closed at 10:30 so I had to bring in take out from Taco Mac.  They didn't mind, but it would have been much easier to just order from there.  The beer was good though ;D

My friend Beer Beginner and I went to the Grange last night and it was PACKED at 7:30.  Some kind of party with people wearing nametags in the back.  We got the last free table, a tiny one in a corner, which was nice and private.  My St. Bernardus Abt 12 was delicious along with the Ploughman's Platter.  They have live Irish music on Tuesdays, the time I went the group was quite good and not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation.  If they don't win on atmosphere in the Decatur pub race they are close to tops.

Best booths in town, I'd say.

They're apparently getting Magner's Cider on tap as of their renaming party! Yay!
