As I'm watching New Zealand v. Slovakia in a doozie in the WC, I wondered, where hath Stefan B gone? Dern good chef, nice feller. I hope he's back on his feet.

Totally agree. He and his wife and son live in Kennesaw and I used to have his cell phone number, but misplaced it. From what I could gather from our last conversation, he may be a bit soured on the restaurant biz.

And speaking of that part of town, the stepmothership had reported awhile back that the Vito Goldberg dude was going to reopen another 'za place down the street. Did it ever happen? Same quality pie?

Stefan is alive and well and waiting for the economy to turn around a bit. I speak to him semi-often and from our last conversation he is working at some level at the stadium preparing food for the suites.

Any clue what he's doing now? He is a really nice guy and I enjoyed his food tremendously.
