I do like their pizza - it's not what some foodies might want, being a 'toppings' pizza, but the crust is pretty good and you don't have to load it up if you don't want.

There's nothing wrong with a "toppings" pizza if the toppings are good.  Of course, awesome toppings aren't good enough to rescue a pizza with a cruddy crust or a flavorless sauce (to me, the sauce is as important as the crust).  At the same time, a pizza with an awesome crust can be ruined by crappy toppings.  I guess they can be picked off, but doesn't that scream, "You're in the wrong pizza restaurant"?
