Turkey on the Grill
« on: April 13, 2010, 03:50:34 PM »

My cut-up turkey has been on the grill for a while, I'm putting no smoke on it, but hoping that the regular charcoal will give it a bit of a smoke tang..  I did dust it with Dizzy Pig's Pineapple Head, but gently, along with some black pepper and even more salt..

Gravy and biscuits with Smoked turkey and some kind of vegetable..  ?    Sounds like Tuesday..

The house smells splendid..  .

It is better than splendid... it smells like coming home to Thanksgiving dinner after hours on the road...
