Far and away the best soups in both quality and quantity. SamMitchs are fantastic, best Caesar dressing this side of Chicago, and great butcher and fish monger selection.

For the few who have not been, why the hell not? https://www.mitchsmeats.com

Nobody is leaving here until I get an answer.

Thank you Joe..    We will go when we can..  I appreciate your fervor..

I have three Weber's.  I taught myself how to grill/BBQ on a Weber that my dad sold me in 1964.........       They are good and useful, but NOTHING like a ceramic.

Pulled out the 25 YO CharBroil gas grill, cleaned it up and attached a rotisserie to it. Then, I cleaned up and trussed a 4 lb Boston Butt (down from 8#), slathered with yellow mustard and seasoned with Famous Dave's Devil's Spit Rub overnight. Then injected with a little apple juice and water with some clean liquid from the water bath. Then I made a water bath with apple juice, red wine vinegar, a little water and about a shitload of Devil's Spit Rub. Made an apple juice/apple cider vinegar to spray with and alternating with the potent water bath baste till 170 dg. Wrapped in foil till 195 dg and added a Elderberry/honey/apple cider reduction for a very tasty glaze after putting back on the rotisserie to crisp up a little. All on some great Hickory wood. Add a little grilled corn on the cobb, and a couple of Olde Hickory Brewery  Lindley Park Imperial Stouts..... What fun, and a nice treat for the tastebuds!

That sounds good from here..    You heard that my Big Green Egg was stolen right ?  I have not done any grilling/BBQ in a while.

Have not had one yet. But was told the burger at Bite, one of my faves, it patterned after it.
