I "discovered" buford hwy. form this site years ago and "still lov'in it - buford hwy"
SWMBO makes us go once a week, Decatur would be more convenient, but with the prices and parking.
I wish more people would give reviews of their restaurant experiences - I have gained a lot of great experiences myself from the suggestions.
Even though I am not a social person we did enjoy the "gatherings" so we could taste many dishes without committing to one dish on the menu.
But because of clown Trump we are moving to Japan in a few months, I did enjoy and benefit from this site.
Thanks,

gene

So where in the Land of the Rising Sun are you relocating to?
There are a lot of places I miss about being in Japan, and bicycle transportation I found was the most excellent why to see it!

Sapporo. At 71 I would need a ebike, but I would crash into pedestrians instead of cars.
I'll just walk and use transit. There are parks and sushi bars/soup curry places within 10 minutes walking.
I am too old for skiing but also 10 minutes.  Have in-laws in Tokyo and friends in Osaka who we visit.
Have you ever taken advantage of the Japan rail pass - love it! (green car)
Will use Hawaii for our vacation/medicare.
I/we do get away from the cement once in a while, we have a friend who has an apple orchard near Otaru.
