Can I start with pictures ?

I do want to fill in some details, but I have been editing this S-load of pictures for days it seems.

Start here, no descriptions yet, but I will fill them in I hope.

I filled in the descriptions..

Atlanta to (New York) LaGuardia, to (London)-Heathrow, to Rome. Picked up a car and drove to Florence stopping in Orvieto along the way. Stayed in Florence for two days.   We only stayed in Rome 1 1/2 days on the way in but stayed there for 3 days on the way out of Italy. We headed for Marinello, then on to Venice for 3 days, then took the train back to Florence and spent 8 days in a villa just South of Florence. We took the train back to Rome from Florence, stayed a couple days there then flew home.

100% agree with you. Florence was, by far my favorite of the cities we visited.
