Hi All - my in-laws are headed to Paris next month for a week. They are in their early 70s but in pretty good health - FIL has some back problems that limit his ability to walk all day, but they both exercise regularly and are very mentally with it.
Any recommendations for hotels in the opera or Louvre district? Or elsewhere?
And of course, food?

So, I asked the same question on Facebook and one of my friends posted this link to an amazing apartment you can rent by the night. For Paris prices, this is a terrific deal. Especially if you get six people to chip in.

Whether Paris, France or Paris, Texas or anywhere else, Airbnb is a good resource for thrifty travelers looking to rent a place for more than a few days. That's great that someone is willing to rent by the night.

My friend toured there often as well.
