Who would have thunk it, I was watching a DVR'd Get Delicious show and there was Pine Street Market, and me attending the butchery class. 

Interesting show, of course we will not all agree with Jim Stacy about which of BBQ places are notable but I am guessing we would each agree on some.  The segment on Patak was very good IMO.

He was filming at Crawfish Shack when I was there a couple of years ago.  I had never heard of the show at the time.
